The number of attached cells on the samples was estimated by subtraction the number of unattached cells from initial number of cells in the inoculum. The cellseeded samples were incubated in each 5 ml of DMEM medium at 37°C in a humidified 5% CO2 incubator. Fresh medium was provided every 1–3 days depending on the incubation period. The number of proliferated cells was counted after 5–6 days of incubation. Prior to cell counting, sample was washed 3 times with PBS buffer to remove unattached cells and FBS from the medium.
