Both parts together are known as M ahäyoga, and the word yoga must be taken in this sense when we wish to investigate its significance for Indian archaeology in general and for iconography in particular. For the sake of completeness, we ought here to mention also a number of so-called "secret" cakras which play a part in the Anuttara-yoga.
